Today, QR Droid broke the one million installs barrier, less than 4 months after its first launch!

Here are some dates and numbers about QR Droid‘s accelerated growth:

• December 8th, 2010: QR Droid was first launched
• December 31st, 2010: It was downloaded over 50,000 times
• February 1st, 2011: QR Droid officially hit first big threshold: 250,000. This is the biggest counter in Mobile version of Android Market. All apps that have surpassed this number are shown just as “>250,000“.
• February 23rd, 2011: QR Droid doubled again in only 22 days and got to 500,000 downloads.
• Today, March the 29th, 2011: QR Droid doubled number of installs again an hits 1,000,000! That means an extra 500,000 downloads in only 34 days!
